"In today's market my husband and I were very concerned about the process we would be facing in order to sell our house. We wanted to get the most money for our house and sell it in a reasonable amount of time. In listening to all of the news reports about the residential market, we decided to put our house on the market early in the year to give ourselves as much time as possible.
