HAR is one of the most viewed and respected MLS systems in the country with over a million unique viewers per month. We enjoy working with our fellow Realtors and market our properties to co-operating brokers on MLS.

WE SYNDICATE AND ADVERTISE OUR LISTINGS

We advertise and showcase all of our listings on Realtor.com with over 12 million unique viewers, Trulia and Zillow. We don’t wait for buyers, we go out and get them.

We syndicate our listings to every major real estate site on the web, including our own web site!

CONTEMPORARY BRANDING AND SIGNAGE


To be highly visible and uniquely identifiable, we rebranded the company at the beginning of 2012. Our signs are bright, highly visible and 24″x 24″ square and they all carry a QR code.

QR CODES

To take advantage of the newest technologies, our signage also comes with unique QR codes which are powered by an automatic MLS feeds. Buyers scan our signs with their smart phones and using this unique QR code the home will open on their smart phone with all of the information and pictures. We have partnered with RealtyQR to offer this service to our sellers. When we place the sign in front of your home, the patent pending software determines where the person is when a code is scanned and displays the appropriate property.
