We are looking for select individuals who aspire to the high business standards offered by attorneys and corporate executives to their clients. Robyn has a 25 year background as a corporate executive and entertainment attorney and wants to work with Realtors or Realtor who offer or would like to offer this level of service, communication and professionalism. We are looking for real estate executives who want to build their businesses, while being surrounded by supportive team members, not by those who consider themselves competitors. We want to work with Realtors who want to work for themselves, but not work alone.
We created Robyn Jones Homes to support the freedom and flexibility of being self-employed while enjoying the structure and support of working with a team of seasoned professionals – a team that makes it possible to offer our clients concierge services at competitive prices, a team that makes it possible to balance the high demands of running a real estate business with equally demanding personal lives.
Here at Robyn Jones Homes, we recognize that the business of real estate has long hours, high energy clients, and generally frenetic schedules. There are few options for running your business – either you give away half your earnings plus a desk fee for so called “support” to a full service brokerage; or you can “hang your shingle” with a low budget brokerage for minimum monthly fees, but negligible support and services. There’s just not a lot in between. We knew there had to be a better way, a middle path for providing the support of an organization and the camaraderie of fellow professionals while keeping the majority of the money you’ve worked hard to earn. We knew it could be done, we just didn’t see it being done. So we created it.
It’s simple. We charge 20%, plus $40 E&O insurance per transaction.
AGENT REFERRAL FEE
Recommending us to your peers and your friends is one of the best compliments that we can have. We have a very clean and straight forward referral fee that we pay (no messy calculations). When you bring in a Realtor, you will receive 10% of our share as long as you are both with the company. And if your referral brings someone in, we will also pay you 5% of their transactions as long as you are both with the company.
Our Katy office is located at La Centerra and has a day office available for your use Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Your clients will be impressed when they see the high tech office space with concrete floors, modern furnishings and flat screen televisions.
CONTEMPORARY BRANDING AND SIGNAGE
We pay for our Realtors to be branded on their own listings on Realtor.com. Normally, Realtors pay this monthly cost directly to Realtor.com or their listings go unbranded. We have paid this cost for all of our Realtors.
We are a HUD Broker. You will have access to showing HUD homes and helping your buyers bid on them.
