Ms. Betsy Smith, a native Texan, has served the real estate industry as a licensed realtor since 1989, developing strong connections and a background in home renovation and design. This experience is continued today through Ms. Smith’s work with Robyn Jones Homes and her partnership with Houston-based builder, Terra Cotta Homes. Prior to partnering with Terra Cotta Homes, Ms. Smith served as partner and CFO for a full-service stone fabrication company offering stone fabrication and installation for home interiors. In addition to serving as a seasoned realtor and real estate investor, Betsy manages a team of individuals to help investment clients target and purchase properties for renovation or “flip”. In addition, Betsy frequently assists buyers to identify repairs, cosmetic upgrades and select appropriate work crews and inspection services.
Ms. Smith has a BS from Texas State University and works tirelessly with her sellers to ensure homes are ready for market and with her buyers to uncover the hidden potential in the properties viewed.
